Took my car to get my transmission fixed/rebuilt. Ken was very professional. After they looked it over, at no charge. Let me know what had to be done. Gave me a total price which included parts, labor, etc, Used brand new parts, instead of parts from a junkyard. Came with a 2 year warranty, or 24,000 miles. My vehicle runs like it’s brand new. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on. I will certainly be using them again if needed.

If you're looking for an honest shop with outstanding customer service, this is the place.
I took my vehicle in because I had been told it needed a transmission flush after losing transmission fluid when a CV axle was replaced. They let me know that I needed was the transmission fluid topped off. They could have easily sold me a service I didn't need, but instead they were honest and upfront.
I dropped my car off early that morning, and they called with an update a little after noon. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and integrity. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust, but I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them.

I went to Eagle Transmission yesterday to take advantage of a special oil change price they offered as I am a previous customer. I had the manual transmission replaced in my 2016 Jeep Patriot about 2 years ago. It has performed flawlessly. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, the car was brought immediately into a service bay. The oil change was performed quickly, and the technician noted that my ball joints needed replacing. I opted not to perform that service at this time as I only drive the car about 25 miles per week. I had to wait a few minutes for my bill as yesterday was the receptionist's first day of work. The manager arrived to help her process the bill. He informed me the credit card company now charges 3% so I elected the debit card method. He also provided a thank you bag with water and a few small candy treats. An excellent service visit.
